hate the process of chopping ingredients while cooking so I rely heavily on those German contraptions that you see on teleshopping networks. However there are times when I envy the kitchens of Masterchief and all those glossy tools and equipments that the participants get to use. The Chopp – chopping board looks fit enough to be in one of the shows. It’s a board with interchangeable functionality and features a hollow base to hold all the chopped food.
The board and its components are made of high density Polyethylene and the base is made of ABS PC all of which are fused with Antimicrobial to help kill and inhibit the growth of bacteria. The board includes two storage containers, a cheese grater with storage container and interchangeable heads, a preparation aid for fruit like apples and pears etc, an egg holder and a feature for cutting fruit and vegetables like carrots and cucumbers etc.

If you’re like me then you love eating but hate the clean up. Many a time I’ve eaten straight out of the pot just because I didn’t want to deal with washing plates later. The Pot Plate is the perfect solution. Cook your food inside and use the compartmentalized lid as a serving tray.

Single hand cook
Although they may have the accurate recipe in hand, professional chefs know that the perfect stew or soup is always seasoned using approximations. It’s got to do with gut instincts I suppose, and unfortunately not all of us are blessed with that. So if you are looking for professional chef quality food at home, then you need the help of Ingressure.
Ingressure is an appliance that accurately measures the ingredients of your soup, sauce or stew. It is intuitive enough to let you know how much salt, pepper or spice you need for the dish. It uses advanced sensors and comes with multiple attachments to suit your purpose.

Our world is over technologized and we tend to stop enjoying the simple things in life. Evidence can be found in our kitchen, where blenders and food processors clutter our working space. BasicKnives reinterprets one of our most basic kitchen tools, the knife. The set of knives makes other kitchen tool redundant by incorporating different (cutting)-actions within the un-used surfaces of the blades.

Spice up the art of cooking with these delightful salt ‘n peppers shakers called the Samba! Akin to playing the maracas, these shakers bring back the fun-element in cooking. Handcrafted in fine bone china, they come in three versions and two finishes: salt and pepper, salt and chilli or sugar and cocoa; in red or black silicone rubber seals finishes. My pick is the sugar and cocoa in black!

Ok, here’s a thought, we often repeat certain steps or patterns while cooking, especially near the sink area. So how about organizing ourselves so that the steps are easy and quick to follow. For example steps like washing food, putting food into containers, cleaning the chopping board, etc can be minimized as we draw connections between each action to simplify the workflow, we will work more efficiently.

The big pocket of Kangaroo apron usually functions as same as any other apron’s pocket. It can be used as a mitten when we need to pick up a hot cooking utensil. The pocket has a protective padding inside so that our hands can be protected from heat and only the top part of the pocket was sewed for smooth movement.
